I think malware for Android means Android is officially recognised platform.
How many viruses / malware are there for WP7? Is it because it is better protected? Or simply because nobody wants to use it, hence no point to write anything for this platform?
Analigy for windows vs linux malware. There are much-much-much more malware/viruses for windows simply because “market” for them is much-much-much bigger. And only then, because Linux has better protection.
