Emancipating black men (your racism example) does not intermingle with sexism. But do you consider discriminating on religion, racism too? If so, there are religions that are inherently sexist, but if you/government want to criticise/curb their followers because of that, they say it's racist. They will say they don't get enough freedom for their belief (which involves oppressing women). Besides religion, there are also people, of a certain race, that say it's just their culture and being against their culture = racist. In the scope of such a situation, the question is legitimate.
