Gore Vidal needs to stop letting his books turn into movies. First Caligula, then this. It's hard to describe the movie, except to say that it is full of 60s-70s camp, lots of sexual references, and plenty of perversion. A storyline? Don't hope for one. A man has a sex change, and that's what this movie is all about.
I guess the novelty of the subject matter is the one thing this movie has going for it.
