Something about Sex, neither title suits the movie well, as one is too vague, the other too specific. The basic premise is trite: a single man at a couples party claims monogamy is an illusion, especially for men. Everyone else at the party gets upset about this, and the audience spends the rest of the film seeing to what degree the single man's assertion is true for each couple from the party. The cast is delightful and includes Patrick Dempsey, Christine Taylor (pictured) and Jason Alexander. The dialogue contains some wit, but the film's outcome is fairly predictable and, ultimately, lacks a strong statement about life, marriage, love, or monogamy. This is fluffy but fun entertainment.
