I love Lindsay Lohan. Unfortunately, this may be the one film she wants to leave off her resumé. It's terrible. I was barely able to get through the entire film. The movie's main problem is its lack of purpose. We're not sure what motivates the main character. Does she want to be popular? Does she want to be loved? Does she want to go to a rock concert? Does she want to just lie about herself? After a while, who cares? The DVDs featurette has the director saying some cheesy line about how the moral of the story is about finding yourself or something like that, but honestly the moral of the story is "lie, be mean, and take advantage of your friends... it will all work out." The only good thing about this movie is the theme song that plays during the credits.
