Who'd have thought you could make a whole movie about perverted Japanese men going crazy (and eventually bumping their heads against walls and poles) because of seeing women's underwear... not breasts, not butts, not anything terribly revealing... underwear. This is a collection of animated vignettes, all of which contain a scenario where a man sees a woman's underwear and goes crazy. That's it. There is no plot, no character development. If you can see it for free, watch the first five minutes, and you'll get the gist.
